Dear guests,

a challenging time lies behind us in which we missed you very much. That is why we look forward to being there for you again as hosts. With all the joy about the reopening, the protection of you and our employees has the highest priority. Therefore, in consultation with the health authorities, we have developed a catalog of measures and hygiene standards to offer you and us the best possible protection. This is a real balancing act for us, after all, at the moment, with a heavy heart, we have to do without some cherished traditions that make up our character. But together we can do it and I am sure that, despite some special features, you will be able to spend wonderful days in the AMC Apartments and Hotel.

Please support us in the mutual protection of our health and adhere to our hygiene guidelines. As an aid, you will find the most important new features listed below.

Distancing rules

Please make sure to keep the safety distance of at least 1.5 meters.

Arrival

If you feel sick or come from a district currently classified as a risk area, please stay at home. We also ask you to wear your own mouth and nose masks on arrival and during your stay with us.

Duty of supervision

Please note that right now it is particularly important to observe the duty of supervision for your children. Children up to the age of 13 are not allowed to move around the house without a guardian.

Gloves

Some of our employees will wear gloves for protection, such as our housekeeping staff.

Hand hygiene

Please wash your hands regularly for at least 30 seconds. Before you enter the reception you must use the disinfectant dispenser.

Hygiene measures

We have added additional disinfection tours to our daily cleaning frequency in the public areas. All elevators, door handles and banisters in the house are disinfected several times a day. Disinfectant dispensers are located in the following places: at the reception, on all floors in the corridors.

Masks

For mutual protection, all of our employees wear masks, both in front of and behind the scenes. All guests aged 6 and over must wear a nose and mouth mask in all public areas. So please bring enough masks for yourself and your relatives.

Employee

We have developed a hygiene guide for our employees, which provides them with general rules of conduct and hygiene measures. These rules and instructions are regularly brought up to date and conveyed in training courses.

Personal contact with the guest

Due to the current situation, we refrain from direct physical contact, e.g. Shaking hands or patting on the back as you pass. Communication always takes place in compliance with the prescribed distance of 1.5 meters, which we ask you to keep.

We communicate the general rules of conduct through notices at the entrances. We will inform you on site as well as by email and telephone.
For this reason, our reception is not manned 24 hours a day, we can of course be reached by phone all day and a member of staff is on site around the clock.

Payment options

We ask you, if possible, to refrain from paying in cash. You are welcome to pay by debit card or credit card. The card terminals are disinfected accordingly after each use.

Rooms

Your booked room as well as the public areas will be cleaned according to strict guidelines and inspected by our housekeeper. The cleaning process takes place with the windows open. We also ask you to ventilate your room regularly yourself.

Housekeeping

Our rooms and apartments are cleaned by our cleaning staff once a week in your absence. On request, daily cleaning is also possible for a fee. If you would like a towel change, call the reception and we will of course bring it to your room.

Room cards

are thoroughly disinfected by us prior to serving.

We will do everything we can to offer you the best possible protection during your stay with us. We ask you to support us in implementing the aforementioned protective measures. If you notice any corona symptoms such as fever, cough, no sense of taste and / or body aches, on site or 36 hours after departure, please notify us immediately.
